Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with our decision. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method. If you haven’t seen the credit within 2 days of approval, check with your bank or card issuer first — processing times vary. Still nothing? Email us at waxpoeticboutique@gmail.com.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us at waxpoeticboutique@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. GTA customers may have their replacement delivered at our cost, subject to inspection of the return.

If you reside in the Greater Toronto Area, an exchange may be delivered to you at our cost, provided the return is approved upon inspection at arrival.

Return shipping is at your expense and is non-refundable. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
